Nigerian citizens must present the following documents at Mexican ports of entry in addition to their visa:
Required Documents:
⢠š Digital Multiple Migration Form (FMMD)
o A mandatory entry permit for all foreign visitors, obtainable:
ļ§ Online: Pre-register via the National Migration Institute (INM) portal to generate a QR code before travel.
ļ§ On arrival: Airlines or border officials may provide the form, but delays are common. The digital version is strongly recommended.
o Note: The FMMD is separate from the visa and specifies the authorized stay duration (up to 180 days).
⢠šµ Proof of Financial Means
o Bank statements showing $1,359 USD/month for the stay duration (e.g., $4,078 for 3 months).
o Students: Reduced requirement of $815.60 USD/month 1.
⢠āļø Return Flight Ticket & Accommodation Proof
o Confirmed return ticket and hotel reservations (or invitation letter if staying with relatives). Immigration officers may deny entry if these are missing.
⢠š Customs Declaration
o Declare goods worth >$300 USD (land entry) or >$500 USD (air entry). Undeclared items risk fines or confiscation.
o Prohibited items: E-cigarettes, weapons, fresh produce, and antiques.
Key Tips:
⢠The FMMD must be retained until departure; losing it incurs a replacement fee (~$45 USD).
⢠Minors traveling without both parents need a notarized consent letter.

I feel that I never was a greater artist than now. When, while the lovely valley teems with vapour around me, and the meridian sun strikes the upper surface of the impenetrable foliage of my trees, and but a few stray gleams steal into the inner sanctuary.
my dear friend, so absorbed in the exquisite sense of mere tranquil existence, that I neglect my talents.
